Tandoor
The Tandoor is a traditional Indian clay oven fired by charcoal in which food is baked. This is a sealed heat cooking method by which the food retains original flavour as it cooks in its own juice. Our Tandoori food is marinated in special masala, a mixture of yogurt and traditional spices. All dishes are garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
